For the second year, Allison and Jennifer have delivered 25 comfort bags to Saint Francis cancer patients. The bags contain gift cards, hand knitted hats, journals, ice packs, and other items to support individuals with lung cancer.
They created AMI Foundation in memory of their mother, Angela Marotta Inho. Angela was born and raised in Hartford, so her daughters host events here and donate back to hospitals here. She was cared for at Dana Farber in Boston and the foundation reached their 5 year goal of raising $100,000, in just three years, for lung cancer research. We are grateful for their support and have no doubt they will reach their next goal even quicker.
