Allied Printing Services, Inc. Donates to Joan C. Dauber Food Pantry

When the COVID-19 pandemic began, the Allied Printing Services Charitable Foundation looked for creative ways to give to their local community.  In addition to manufacturing and donating 20,000 face shields, they developed a second initiative for children and parents.  With the assistance of several vendors and CEH Design, Inc. the “Brighter Days Activity Book” was born.  The book is filled with games and activities designed for children to enjoy on their own or with the help of siblings or parents.  Catherine Dougan delivered 100 activity books with crayons and sticker sheets, and toothbrushes as well, to Michelle Safo-Agyeman of the Joan C. Dauber Food Pantry.  She hopes these books will help children and parents navigate our new normal and offer an educational activity while “sprinkling in a little sunshine.”
