Host a Third-Party Event
Third-party events are fundraisers organized and hosted by individuals or organizations outside of the hospitals to benefit Saint Francis Hospital and Mount Sinai Rehabilitation Hospital, respectively. As an event host you pick the date, time, location and type of event. The proceeds may either be directed to the greatest area of need or to a specific area or program. As the event organizer the ball is in your court and we are here to cheer you on. It's as easy as one, two, three:
1. Fill out and return the Hosting Guide and Event Proposal form to get started

2. Wait for a Foundation team member to contact you and approve your event
3. Once approved please return the following forms
