Quilting for the Children

Elizabeth Theriault, a recent graduate from Saint Paul Catholic High School supported Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center in a creative way. As a member of the schools sewing club, Elizabeth took on the task of quilting from hand for the first time. With the intentions of helping a child in need, the quilt featured a precious duck design along with a built in checker board game. Made perfect for a young child the quilt was presented to the Child Advocacy Center here at Saint Francis. The staff accepted the quilt on behalf of the children they serve and went in search of finding the perfect match. We know it will find an amazing home and bring a smile to child’s face.
