It is the ongoing goal of the program to provide quality care and promote cardiovascular wellness and healthy lifestyles to all Saint Francis Hospital cardiac rehab patients and families. To help continue this mission, we will be holding The Ninth Annual Center for Wellness and Cardiac Rehab Walk for Fun and Fitness - we will be gathering again to walk on Saturday, September 9, 2023, in Elizabeth Park, Hartford.
