The Board of Directors of the "Toast to Katie" are humbled by your continued support, in honor and remembrance of such a remarkable and special woman, Katrina M. Kupec.
One of the most important aspects of Katie's life was her love of family and her beautiful daughter, Alexandra Rose "Ali" Kupec. Katie was a U.S. Army Veteran and proudly served her country during the Iraq Conflict as a member of the 110 Military Police Company. Her many accomplishments included receiving a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Central Connecticut State University.
Many of you have approached us about wishing to continue to participate in our "Toast to Katie" and, this year, we are planning a unique and enjoyable evening to be held at Salute Restaurant in Hartford.
Salute Restaurant, 100 Trumbull Street, Hartford, has graciously agreed to continue to partner with us by offering the following:
- Dinner Date: Monday, August 26,
- Come for dinner that evening and 10% of your check will be donated to
- For reservations, call: 860.899.1350.
* Proceeds will once again be donated to LifeChoice Donor Services at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center and Mary's Place.
Salute has already begun accepting reservations for dinner. Please let them know at the time of your booking that you are participating in the "Toast to Katie" that evening. A Guest Book will be provided for you to sign so that we can assure your donation and participation are properly recognized.
