We are happy to report that because of your support of the Fiondella Cardiac Rehab and Wellness Center and the 2016 Walk, we have been able to continue to enhance and upgrade services and equipment. It is the ongoing goal of the program to provide quality care and promote cardiovascular wellness and healthy lifestyles to all Saint Francis cardiac rehab patients and families. To help continue this mission, we will be holding The Third Annual Fiondella Walk for Fun and Fitness at Elizabeth Park in West Hartford Saturday, September 9, 2017. Registration begins at 9:00 am and the Walk will begin at 9:30 am. We encourage you to join us for a morning of camaraderie, exercise and fund raising. Our goal is to exceed last year’s total of $5,000.
